Salon booking software that keeps your team in sync.

An appointment is only part of the story. Customers bring ideas. Stylists bring their skills. Salon owners bring the working day together. GlowUpSync connects bookings, customer inspiration and salon teamwork in one browser-based system.

Give customers a clear way to book

Customers can choose a service, a stylist or an available team member, and a suitable appointment time. The salon sets its services and opening hours, while the working calendar shows the bookings and availability that matter to the team.

Hair by Tanya's booking screen on a phone: Restyle cut and finish with Elvara, 1 hour 30 minutes, €85, paid at the salon, then twelve days to choose from in three rows of four, each saying how many times are free, with Friday 13 November chosen.

Start with the look, not just the booking

A customer can keep hairstyle inspiration in their own gallery, add their notes and ratings, then select the pictures they want to share with a booking or consultation. Their whole personal gallery is not automatically handed to the salon.

Understand photo consultations

A customer choosing which of their hairstyle photos Sorven, their stylist, will see, on a phone: two are chosen, each with the customer’s own star rating. The others stay private.

Discuss an idea before choosing a time

A customer can start a consultation with the salon before making a booking. The salon can respond, suggest a service or stylist and involve a stylist in the conversation. A consultation does not put an appointment into the diary by itself — the customer still chooses a time.

See how photo consultations work

A consultation on a phone: the customer asks for something softer and easier to look after this winter and adds two photos, and Tanya, the owner, suggests a Restyle cut and finish with Elvara, €85, with a link to book it.

Agree services that need approval

Some services need a little more information before they can be booked. Where the salon requires approval, the customer can provide the requested details, and the owner or a qualified stylist can review them before the booking proceeds. The salon decides which services need that step.

An approval request on a computer, as the owner sees it: Soft balayage and finish for Avelin Alderfen, €155, with the photo of their hair they sent and their answer to the salon’s question, and a Decide panel to approve, ask for more or not approve.

Bring the team into the same working day

Salon owners manage services, opening times and the team. Stylists have their own professional profiles and portfolios. The experience helps each person work with the appointments and information relevant to their role.

For stylists

A stylist's portfolio on a phone: the photos from the stylist's own portfolio that they show at this salon, where customers can book the services each one shows.

Put your salon’s identity first

Customers booking with a salon see its own name, logo and selected colours. GlowUpSync is the booking system behind that experience, not a replacement for the salon’s brand.

Simple planned pricing.

GlowUpSync plans to charge €10 per bookable stylist each month. An owner who does not take customer bookings would not count as a bookable stylist. The price is currently a proposal for future subscriptions — salons cannot subscribe or be charged yet. VAT applies only where legally required. Contracts and the launch process still require final review. Review: the planned price is shown in review builds only (D-35)

Frequently asked questions

Do customers need to install an app?

No. The booking pages work in a web browser on a phone or computer.

Can I start setting up my salon today?

Self-service salon setup is not open yet. You can explore the fictional demo and contact us to discuss your salon.

Is the Hair by Tanya demo a real salon?

No. Its people, bookings, services and photos are fictional, and the public demo is shared by visitors. Use made-up details only; do not enter real customer information or upload photographs of real people. It resets each night.
