Review Draft for the owner’s and a solicitor’s review. It isn’t approved, and it isn’t legal advice. Who runs the site, and how to reach them, is still to be decided.

This notice covers the GlowUpSync website. A salon that uses GlowUpSync has its own notice for its booking pages.

What we collect, and why

Enquiries by email

Enquiries come by email, to info@glowupsync.com. You write from your own email account, so we receive your email address, the name your account sends with it, and whatever you choose to write. We use them only to answer you. Please don’t include your customers’ details, health information or payment details.

The website doesn’t collect any of this. At most it starts a message in your own email program, and nothing is sent until you send it there.

How long we keep it

We aim to delete each enquiry email 90 days after we receive it. Nothing deletes them automatically. [The procedure, once it’s in place.]

When you visit

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your internet address to deliver pages and protect the site. The site sets no cookies of its own, and uses no analytics or advertising.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare: hosting the site, and receiving enquiry emails and forwarding them to our inbox.
  • Google: the Gmail inbox we read enquiries in.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
